Do I pay for clients too?
No. Client contacts collaborate through portal access at no charge — you only pay for the team members doing the work. Paid tiers include unlimited users.
Which plan has the billing suite?
Invoicing, payments, and sales tax are in every plan. The advanced billing tools — retainers, multi-level rates, six billing methods, expenses, and batch invoicing — start on Standard.
When do I get Orbi and the MCP server?
The Orbi command palette is on Standard. The Orbi AI assistant, API access with the MCP server, and free Harvest migration are on Premium.
